Guided tours

A tour to the Jewish History Museum, explaining aspects of everyday life, celebrations, rituals and important moments of the life cycle of the Jews and Jewesses who lived in our city, and in Catalonia, during the Middle Ages.

Tour times: From March 27th to November 1st, Tuesdays to Sundays, at noon (12 p.m.).

Duration: 45 minutes.

Price: 6 € per person.

Languages: Spanish and/or English; from July 2nd to September 10th, Catalan is available on Saturdays.

In a two-hour tour visitors discover the most secret corners of the Jewish Quarter, the Bonastruc ça Porta Centre, and other areas of Girona's Old Town in which the history of the city's Jewish community was written. By using a Segway, the tour is made more comfortable and accessible for a wide cross-section of the public, bringing within easy reach places that on foot require stamina and patience!

Tour times: every day (times by arrangement), for minimum of 2 people.

Meeting point: Berenguer Carnicer, 3. 17001 Girona.

Price: 50 € per person. Includes Segway, monitor, technical assistance, driving lesson, insurance with civil liability cover, optional helmet, and audio-guide visit to the Museum of the History of the Jews.
