Regulations for visitors to the Centre
In the interest of the smooth operation of the Museum:
It is not allowed to bring pets into the Museum.
It is not allowed to smoke, eat or drink in the Museum.
It is not allowed to bring in bags, back-packs or parcels larger than 40 x 40cm (lockers are available in the Museum).
Please keep your entrance ticket with you during your visit. You are recommended to avoid use of mobile phones inside the Museum, and to speak in a low voice so as to enjoy the collection to the full and respect the enjoyment of other visitors.
Due to the limited capacity of the Museum's rooms, it is requested that groups should not exceed 40 persons. Above this limit Museum staff reserve the right to limit admission and establish a queuing system for visits.
Only commentaries given by official guides and/or other authorized persons are allowed in the Museum.
Access for handicapped people
The Museum is equipped with the requisite minimum facilities: lift, ramps and adapted toilets. It is however recommended to send prior notification of your visit to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phoning: +34 972 21 67 61.
