Call de Girona

The workshop will have a theoretical part and a practical part. Carme Bosch (School of Flowers), will tell us about the plants that Jewish women from medieval Girona collected and used for medicinal, culinary and cosmetic purposes. We will prepare several old recipes and we will walk through San Daniel Valley to identify the studied species.

Duration of the workshop: 10 am to 2 pm
