Safe visit to the Museum of Jewish History

Information on hygienic-sanitary measures and opening times

The Patronat Call de Girona has applied protection measures and adapted the spaces to the regulations. These protocols are reviewed and updated depending on what the health authorities have.

- Capacity reduced to 70%.

- The school groups will be the maximum number of students that each center stipulates not exceeding the maximum of 30 students plus two companions. The Museum, after informing the school or institute, and taking into account the characteristics of some of the activities of the educational program, may reduce the ratio of students per group. It is recommended to do the schoool visits within the established preferential hours from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., prior reservation.

- Non-school groups may be a maximum of 15 people except in the case of cohabitants. Prior reservation is recommended.

- Obligatory use of face masks for adults and children over 6 years old.

- Social distancing: 1.5 meters. Avoid concentrations and respect the allowed capacity.

- For hand hygiene, a hydroalcoholic gel dispenser has been placed in the museum reception.

As a preventive measure the touch screens and the information sheets are out of order and it is recommended not to touch the glass cabinets. You can download the audio guide on your mobile phone.

Consult the measures in public health applicable in Catalonia from September 29th: RESOLUCIÓ SLT/2921/2021, de 29 de setembre.

We appreciate your collaboration to make the museum and institute safe spaces for visitors, workers and exhibitions.
