Sandra Guiloff understand painting as a territory of research and frontier. Her work brings together light and shadow, black and white and color, organic and structured coexist. Together, these pieces configure universes that challenge the viewer's certainties, opening questions about displacement and belonging through a deliberately unfinished visual language.
Sandra Guiloff (Santiago, Chile, 1968) holds a Bachelor Fine Arts Degree (with a major in painting, Catholic University of Chile, 1992) and a Master of Fine Arts degree (also with a major in painting, American University, Washington, D.C., 2002). Throughout her career she has held numerous solo and group exhibitions in Chile, Spain and the United States.
