Solombra

Concert by Tati CerviÓ & Sepharazz Mishpaha

Friday, November 2,
Call de Girona

A year ago, the group Tati CerviÓ & Sepharazz Mishpaha started a research on traditional Sephardic music song books in order to perform these songs from a contemporary point of view. The outcome was the work "Kantikas de la kukuvaya", in which they gathered together, through a jazz perspective, the creativity and musical wealth of the diaspora Jews.

This musical journey, based on the extraordinary heritage of the Sephardic culture, has become a very emotional experience which will be carried on in the concert titled "Solombra".
