The European Night of Museums will take place on Saturday 16 May 2020. That evening, many museums will open their doors free of charge throughout France and Europe from nightfall until midnight. Guided and enlightened tours, playful tours, workshops, screenings, tastings, live shows, exceptional entertainment will give a wide audience a museum experience that is both convivial and fun.

The Museum of Jewish History joins this initiative by offering Open Doors from 6 pm to 9 pm.

* This year, at the initiative of the Girona Region Museums Network, the "Night of the Museums" collaborates with the TV3 Marathon, dedicated to Covid-19.

The Museum of Jewish History will provide a money box to visitors to collect donations, and the Patronat call de Girona will send the funds collected to La Marató Foundation to allocate them to research to find treatments to cure and prevent Covid-19.
