Girona - Fontajau Municipal Sports Pavilion is the main sports amenity in the city, with a capacity of 5,500 spectators. Numerous sports events are held here every year, such as Girona City Indoor Trials, tennis matches, and so on. Every week, basketball matches are played here featuring UNIGirona, a women's team competing at the highest national and European level.
