New tourist information chatbot

01/09/25 | Girona City Council has launched a chatbot, as a pilot test, that offers immediate tourist information in different languages. The intelligent assistant works through the messaging application WhatsApp, to offer visitors a telematic, personalised and immediate information service about the city.
