The giantess travels to Ath

The History Museum of Girona participate this summer in celebration of the 300th anniversary of the Giantess in Ath, Belgium.

The city of Ath, with a festival "la Ducasse" recognized by UNESCO in 2005, hosts the Maison des Géant a permanent exhibition featuring the history of the giants, manufacturing techniques and ways to bring these figures.

And this summer, during the period between July 3 and September 15, will showcase a sample of female giant heritage of Europe.

Specifically, we will see giant ten figures from various countries, including France, UK, Italy, Portugal, Belgium and Catalonia.
