Discover Girona: Orienteering Circuits
Get yourself going with the orienteering circuits to do around the city. Use these circuits to discover the city and its natural surroundings in an entertaining and amusing way. Learn something new! All the circuits are easy and suitable for all ages and audiences.
This initiative is developed in collaboration with Aligots Orienteering Club.
The circuits
How it works
- Get your map from the tourism offices around the city.
- Choose your itinerary and find the control points using the map and the descriptions provided. You can do them in any order you wish, you don't need to follow any prefixed itinerary! Each circuit has a different colour.
- When you find a control point, note the code it shows on the corresponding form on the map.
- Once finished, bring the map filled out with the control codes to the Tourism office and receive a practical bag!
Important: If you detect any incidence with a control point, please alert us at the Tourism offices around the city, by phone at +34 972 010 001 or by email at orientacio@ajgirona.cat.
