Costa Brava

The Costa Brava, 30 km (19 miles) from Girona, offers some of the most breathtaking land and seascapes; attractive beaches with clean, transparent waters, certified for their environmental quality, and a particularly pleasant climate. Cap de Creus Nature Reserve, Aiguamolls de l'Empordà and the Medes Islands, the coves of Begur, Palafrugell, Cadaqués and Tossa de Mar are a few of the characteristic places of this scenic environment. Among other places that must not be forgotten are the medieval nuclei of Pals, Peratallada and Púbol, as well as the botanical gardens of Santa Clotilde, Pinya de Rosa and Marimurtra.
