Menja't Girona, Tourism sustainability plan
22/11/22 | At the beginning of autumn the City Council of Girona has presented the tourist sustainability plan in destination (PSTD) "Menja't Girona" in the whole of the city’s citizenship and tourism sector.
The project aims to adapt and improve Hortes de Santa Eugènia (Santa Eugènia vegetable gardens) and develop a tourist experience that links the natural, gastronomic, horticultural, cultural, architectural and urban heritage and the production, consumption and marketing of short circuit. Thus, it is intended to offer new products that consolidate Girona as a sustainable tourism destination and strengthen the social and territorial cohesion of the city.
