Cal Ros is a restaurant with a long tradition in the city. A former inn with stone walls and vaults, it used to be the meeting point for merchants and traders. Since August 2017, the restaurant and kitchen direction are performed by the young chef from Girona Marc Fiol Palmada, who offers a menu in a continuous renovation and excellent dishes with local high quality products treated with great care, in a traditional Catalan cuisine with touches of the chef.
