Menja't Girona: Spring seasonal dish

11/03/24 | This spring, several restaurants in the city offer seasonal menus in the framework of "Menja't Girona" project.

During this period, the flagship products that can be found in the dishes will be peas and broad beans. Until June 20, the participating restaurants will offer a seasonal dish in which these two products, originally from the Near East and rooted in the territory before the Middle Ages, will be the protagonists.

These seasons are included in the framework of the Menja't Girona project, which aims to give visibility to a tourist experience that links natural, gastronomic, horticultural and cultural heritage with the production, consumption and commercialization of a short circuit through horticultural production and the landscapes of the Santa Eugenia vegetable gardens and the banks of the Ter river.
