Ready for Easter!
14/03/24 | As every year, for Lent and Easter, Girona hosts numerous cultural and religious events. Check all the information about Easter in Girona and surroundings here.
The most significant events are parade of the manaies (roman soldiers) and the Procession of the Holy Burial on Good Friday, the Pasos of which will be exhibited from the 23rd March at the Church of Our Lady of Sorrows (Pujada de la Mercč, 12). Other events that have already been included in the regular agenda for these festivities are the sacred music concert at the Mercadal church (March 23) and the band concert by "La Lira de Vilafamés" of Castelló de la Plana (March 30).
