Night at the Movies. New edition

One week and a day (Israel, 2016. Dir. Asaph Polonsky) and Song of Songs (Ukraine, 2015. Dir. Eva Neymann) will be on screen next Thursdays July 13th and 20th, in the patio of the Museum of Jewish History.

This July, the Patronat Call de Girona, with the collaboration of the Barcelona Jewish Film Festival and the Girona Film Festival, will present two films in an incomparable place: the courtyard of the Bonastruc ça Porta Center. Jewish cinema in original version subtitled to Catalan.

The Patronat Call of Girona shares the philosophy of the Jewish Film Festival of Barcelona ​​which aims to spread Jewish culture, by offering an open place for encounter and tolerant dialogue. On the other hand, the Girona Film Festival contributes with short films from its section Jewish films. On this occasion, Holy city (Mor Galperin and Inbal Bentzur) and The Swamp King (Nadav Nachmany) will open the two sessions of this new edition of Night at the Movies in the ancient Jewish quarter of Girona.
