The videos of all sessions are now available online
The series of lectures "Identity from absence: imagined alterity and the construction of a nation" were closed last June 15th. The lectures were organized by the Nahmanides Institute of Jewish Studies (Patronat Call de Girona) and the University of Girona (Ferrater Mora Chair).
Ferran Garcia-Oliver (University of València), Xavier Antich (University of Girona), Dolors Bramon (University of Barcelona), Miriam Díez Bosch (University of Barcelona) and Fania Oz-Salzberger (University of Haifa, Israel) Ramon Llull) and Jordi Casassas Ymbert (University of Barcelona) are the specialists who, each from their field of work and research, and from different perspectives, have talked about the issue of identity as a cultural and dynamic fact, essentially historical and always plural (Casassas).
All the conferences have been recorded by the University of Girona and can be viewed here.
