European Heritage Days

October 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th

The European Heritage Days are held in Europe during a weekend between September and October. The Council of Europe created these event in 1991 and, since then, more and more European countries organize activities annually.

Catalonia joined them from the first edition. More than 50 states participate in this great event for promoting culture.

In Catalonia, will be held on October 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th. The theme this year is to discover and promote industrial heritage. So these days you can enjoy various activities related to this heritage.
