Stones with a Name. Girona Jewish Heritage in a picture by Fargnoli

Today the new exhibition of the Museum of Jewish History is open to the public until September 15th

The Jewish heritage is an essential point of our past and our material legacy, our history and our culture. The new exhibition of the Museum of the History of the Jews, offers a different perspective on this heritage and this history, and emphasizes the importance of combining research and historical analysis with the cultural and patrimonial legacy.
The main objective is to show the value given to Jewish heritage nearly a hundred years ago, in the context of Catalan artistic and iconographic heritage, through the eyes of Girona's photographer Valentí Fargnoli, whose this year marks the 75th anniversary of his death with different exposures and actions across the city.
